Chintan Panchmatya is the Founder and CEO of the SwitchMyLoan Group, dedicated to reshaping how people across Bharat approach financial decisions. He drives the group's strategy and growth with a focus on innovation and customer-centric fintech platforms. Under his leadership, SwitchMyLoan has added Cready, RapidMoney, and Qicky to it's portfolio.
Before founding SwitchMyLoan, Chintan gained extensive experience in financial services and lending through roles at Fullerton India, Karvy Financial, Tata Capital and Bajaj Allianz. He developed expertise in portfolio management, client acquisition, team leadership, and sales strategy across retail and credit businesses.
Hemali Bhatt is the Co-Founder SwitchMyLoan Group. She is instrumental in building the group's ecosystem-led approach and driving long-term growth across its fintech portfolio.
Prior to SwitchMyLoan, Hemali built strong experience across financial services through roles at Tata Capital, Centrum Wealth Management, and Anand Rathi, where she developed expertise in client engagement, business growth, and strategic relationship management.
Raj Kariya is the Co-Founder of the SwitchMyLoan Group, where he leads strategy and execution to drive growth through the contact centre for Insta Loans products. He is known for designing high-impact contact centre strategies that accelerate business growth and significantly boost revenue.
Prior to Co-founding SwitchMyLoan, Raj built strong expertise in the lending and financial services space by working with leading institutions such as HDFC Bank, Karvy Financial Services, and Tata Capital. During this time, he specialized in servicing high-profile clients and developing customer-centric lending solutions, which laid the foundation for his success as an entrepreneur and business leader.
Durwang Sawant is the Business Head for Personal at Cready.in, where he leads the strategy and execution for instant loan products, driving growth, cross-functional leadership, and scalable business operations in the digital lending domain. He is known for strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and building strong processes to support technology, marketing, and product initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Durwang's career includes leadership and strategic positions with Tata Capital and ICICI Bank.
